ThyssenKrupp VDM and BUTTING

• The cooperation enabled BUTTING to include the furnace roller in its range of products
• Reduction in energy costs and downtimes
• Up to now, more than 300 furnace rollers have been delivered

• Development of a double tube design for synthetic gas production
• Optimum use of the heating surface
• Approximately 33 % increase in synthetic gas production, reduction of around 20 % of the oxygen consumption

• Development of a tubular ring vessel for bottling plants
• Delivery of ready-for-installation system elements with final inspection according to ASME
