To be awarded the seal of quality, a four-stage process must be completed and then reviewed by an independent panel. Special emphasis is placed on the fundamental building blocks that underpin the training programme: trainee recruitment, onboarding, organisation and implementation, as well as examination and completion of training.
Laureen Safarik, Head of Human Resources at Knesebeck, explains: "As an international company with high quality standards, BUTTING depends on qualified employees. We are committed to investing in our young talent and attracting them with engaging roles and development opportunities within our group of companies. For us, the IHKLW seal of quality recognises our successful training programme and our partnership with a respected institution that shares our values. This award inspires us to keep on attracting young talent and enhancing our training processes and standards to ensure that our trainees are well prepared for the demands of the professional world."
