"During their training, our trainees worked on various projects for national and international customers in the fields of cryogenics, steel construction and stainless steel equipment manufacturing. This introduces them at an early stage to our high-quality and sustainable products and they learn to appreciate how these different products are handled", Marcel Bartels points out.
In addition to metal workers specialising in construction technology, SCHWANNER also trains office administrators and technical product designers. Day-to-day training is very varied. Trainees can look forward to plenty of pioneering projects in the aerospace, shipbuilding and automotive sectors.
There is also a motivational remuneration scheme for special academic and practical achievements. On successful completion of the final exam, the company also offers its graduates the chance to become skilled workers or to train as master craftspeople, construction technicians or similar.
Marcel Bartels is convinced that "we offer our trainees the best preparation for their future careers and a firm foundation for their technical skills. That's why I'm looking forward to lots of applicants who want to start with us on 1 September."
