New Member of the BUTTING Group

With its efficient global network, BUTTING is at home in the world's growth markets today. Our customers gain from the strengths of the individual companies that are grouped together for the benefit of our partners. In the future, we will expand these strengths and our presence in China.

Together with our long-standing colleague and partner Sun Jianwei, we offer project management services for major projects with a focus on the pulp and paper industry. Two other companies have recently been established in China for this business:

BUTTING International Engineering (Hong Kong) Ltd.
BUTTING Engineering Management (Beijing) Co. Ltd.

Our goal is not only to offer project management and the supervision of foreign companies on construction sites, but also to provide piping, vessels and assembly services from the companies of the BUTTING Group. We currently have fifteen employees with industry expertise in our office in Beijing.

BUTTING Engineering Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd. has already booked a first international project: the prefabrication and material delivery of a total of 23 tanks and containers weighing 700 metric tonnes for the MAPA project in Chile. BUTTING Tieling produces and implements this project for a long-standing customer of the BUTTING Group.

Marcel Bartels, Managing Director of BUTTING International, is confident: "Our local presence offers us additional opportunities for new customer relationships to win new sales markets".
