In order to meet these expectations, we will focus even more on sales activities in the CRA pipes department and, among other things, optimise them by setting up an additional sales team."
In the future, the sales department CRA pipes, in addition to processing orders and purchasing steel coils and plates, will operate with a total of three sales teams: In addition to the existing teams, CRA stock / trading and CRA project trading / EPC, the "Special pipes" team is starting its work.
The new team in the CRA pipes department will offer application-specific pipe solutions, special pipes and special profiles for various industries. This also includes piggable pipes and pipes for the pharmaceutical and beverage industry. Tobias Krebiel will head the "Special pipes" team in the future. His goal is to serve customers faster and in a more personal and agile way: "I will focus on the continuous and partnership-based exchange with our customers. This is the only way we can sustainably implement the demanding requirements for products and services in this market segment. By gradually intensifying contacts, I see great potential to further develop joint cooperation and business relationships in line with our motto 'More than pipes'."
