“We were good and have become even better,” says Michaela Nolte, Employer Attractiveness Project Manager, delighted with the new award.
Particularly attractive employers can call themselves “employers of the future”. In order to receive the award, an audit process must be successfully completed. This is carried out by the AGV.
Michaela Nolte explains: “The aim of the seal is to give employees guidance on which companies offer special benefits and thus create attractive conditions for their employees.”
BUTTING received the top score of “very good” in eight categories at the first award in 2021: Nutrition and health; Attractive earning opportunities; Family friendliness;Personnel development and qualification; Innovation, communication, leadership and transparency; Mobility and connectivity; Freedom and comfort; and Sense of responsibility. The introduction of a digital applicant management system and offers for mobile working have now earned BUTTING its ninth top score in the digital category.
“For a better quality of life. That is our goal. For our customers, the people in the region and, of course, for our employees. The award confirms us in our actions and shows We are living up to our own standards,” says Dirk Meinecke, CPO of the BUTTING Group, looking back happily on the award.
Over 50 benefits are available to employees. From bike leasing to HANSEFIT - as a ticket to countless sports facilities throughout Germany - to vacation offers for employees' children. The Edel & Stark benefit program has something for everyone.
“Our employees are the basis for BUTTING's success. That's why I'm all the more pleased that our commitment and what we offer has been recognized in this way - we're a top employer!” says Dirk Meinecke in conclusion, emphasizing the importance of the seal for BUTTING in Knesebeck.
