On the occasion of the 30th anniversary, Hermann Butting invited all former and current scholarship holders to an alumni meeting at the BUTTING Akademie conference centre, BURG Knesebeck. After some entertaining team activities, the guests then enjoyed a celebratory meal. At the event, the owner of the BUTTING Group stated: "I am glad and grateful that my father initiated this scheme alongside associated employee support in our company three decades ago."
High-performing apprentices who demonstrate commitment, achievement and dedication to BUTTING can get a scholarship. "In this way, we provide our scholarship holders with professional support and great prospects for the future," the owner of the company explained. The company's success speaks for itself: today's experts and executives include a large number of former scholarship holders. Visibly proud, Hermann Butting also said: "As former scholarship holders, you are the foundations on which the success of our company is based."
The study sponsoring scheme sets in motion a lasting win-win situation for young people and for BUTTING. "We're shaping our future together. First, BUTTING supports its scholarship holders to become well-trained professionals with a wide range of skills and expertise. Later on, the former scholarship holders then help to shape BUTTING's future success," Hermann Butting said in his speech.
With the BUTTING study sponsoring scheme, BUTTING aims to assist young people – from the local area in particular – to fulfil their professional plans. The scholarship holders receive basic financial support and a bonus in cases of particularly good performance. With fifteen places on our programme, we want to secure our educational support for up-and-coming talent.
